-All Lessons will take place in the home of the student or at my personal studio. All lessons are presumed to be taken weekly.

-Lessons are offered for 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Lessons are scheduled at the convenience of the student and household. Please be advised that there will only be one student at a time for each lesson.

-For multiple student households, a 3.5 hour lesson block is available in your home for $250 per week. I also offer a 3.5 hour lesson block at my studio, in Las Colinas, Irving for $195 per week.

-Cancellations not made within a 24-hour period are billable and payment is to be rendered as such. Students are entitled to their makeup lessons. I am a teacher who believes that people should get what they pay for. If a lesson is missed they may be rescheduled and made up as long as lessons are attempted to be made up in the same month that that it was missed. Missed lessons can be madeup the following month in addition to the student's typical monthly lesson schedule.

Rates effective Jan. 1, 2008

-Tuition payment is due monthly by the 3rd of every month.

-Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal check, money order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

-There will be a $30 charge added to all returned checks. After two returned checks within a 60-day period, the student will be on a cash basis only.

-Rates will be the same for 1 calendar year. There are no sudden Increases in lesson rates. Lesson materials will be provided by the lesson teacher.

-The initial lesson is a billable consultation. Both student and parents will share what expectations they have for the nature and direction of music study. Lessons are promised to be fun and informative. Questions or "sit ins" are very much encouraged during lessons.

-Students who study with the D'Adamo School of Performing Arts & Private Music Lessons are entitled to use of recording facilities at no additional cost.

-Existing students who refer new students will receive a referral fee of $125 for every referral that remains a student for 90 days.

-If you choose to discontinue taking lessons, we respectfully request a 30-day notice in your last month.
